Who’s Eligible?
- Team members with an FTE of 0.5 – 1.0 are eligible. You don’t need to be enrolled in medical benefits to participate.
- New hires must satisfy their new hire waiting period.
How Paytient Works
- Credit Limit: $1500
- No Hard Credit Checks: The Paytient card is a line of credit that is subject to approval based on a questionnaire you complete during enrollment.
- Flexible Repayment: Choose a payment plan up to 12 months with payroll deduction, plus the option to make extra payments in the Paytient app.
Signing up for Paytient is easy
- Step 1: Go to Zevo, click "New Life Event," then "Paytient Enrollment."
- Step 2: Watch for an email from Paytient with next steps (this can take up to 10 business days). Once you receive the email you must submit the questionnaire. If approved, your virtual Paytient card is available for immediate use.
