What if I have an existing LifeLock Membership?


Don't forget to cancel your existing membership just prior to your benefit effective date by calling 800-607-9174.


What if I already have identity protection through a different provider?

How do I enroll for coverage?


Full-Time Employee elections will be payroll deducted and enrollment elections must be made in Zevo or by making an appointment with a Benefits Counselor.  Part-Time Employees can enroll by clicking here.  Premiums for Part-Time Employees will be direct billed.
